	Transfer of the decedent from within 30 miles of our office
	Obtaining the necessary signatures from doctor or coroner
	Completion of the certificate of death and the crematory/interment permit
	Sturdy heavy plastic temporary urn suitable for shipment or temporary storage

Our staff will assist you with obituary notices if requested.
We will assist in acquiring Certified Copies of the Death Certificate.
(As charged for by State of California - $12.00 each)

	Rush Cremation - Cremation Performed Within 24 Hours of Receipt of Health Department Cremation Permit - $885.
	Cremation Requested on a Weekend or Holiday - add $400.
	Cremation With Identification and Witnessing the Cremation Container or Casket Placement in the Cremation Chamber - $885.
	Cremation with Graveside Services - $1150.
	Cremation with Memorial Service - $1150.
	Cremation with Decedent Present for Chapel Service - $1395.
